The Gherkin “Pickle?!” is I think the nicest building in London. This picture has been taken from my office. My colleagues told me that at the begining English people didn’t like it because it looks like a big dil**!
The Gherkin is today one of most important symbols of London.

If the weather is ok you can have a nice view of Canary Wharf from Greenwich parc’s hill. You can spot the three biggest tower of the UK: City Group, HSBC and One Canada Square.

The headquarters of the HSBC a global bank are located in the brand new business area of London, Canary Wharf. The 3 tallest buildings in the UK are located in Canary Wharf. The construction of the premises has been finished in 2002. Here are the specs of the building:

- 210 meters tall
- 42 floors
- sold in april 2007 for more than 1 billion pounds (Britain’s record)
